The Be Dodge team has designed a learning approach to facilitate the activity for children aged 8 to 12.
 
 This illustrated book of about forty pages brings together the regulations adapted to the discipline, an approach to gradually appropriate them and situations to progress in each aspect of the game. 
 
 The approach is fun, focused on the pleasure of playing and the desire to progress and surpass oneself.
